Do You Know Any Alternative Question And Answer Sites?

I'm looking for more alternative Q&A sites with general topics. Does anyone know any good?

Mamyalynne has beaten me with the Wikipedia link but most of the sites listed there are either dormant (e.g. Blurtit) or full of spammers and trolls (e.g. Yahoo Answers).
The US site Answerbag.com, which seems not to be on that list, has also suffered from poor moderation but is possibly getting better and might be worth a look.
The only sites on that list which I regard as really useful though are Quora and Stack Exchange.
