Weird old short film - Possibly Channel 4

It's a long shot, but does anyone remember a short film - possibly on Channel 4 late night - from years ago. It was a bit creepy, and involved a woman finding a hair in the plughole. She kept pulling at it and eventually some kind of man/creature thing came out, which she put in a binbag I think.
