Sms Text Messaging

How do I rid of the annoying 4versions of sending sms messages I.e send with a bang / send with gentle effect etc. I would prefer to send a normal message if possible. I use iPhone 5s on iOS 11.3.2. Thanks.

I've never used an iPhone, so I'm fumbling in the dark here, but it appears that you've got iMessage enabled (since the effects you refer to seem to be related to iMessages, rather than to conventional SMS messages). If so, turn it off:

But you don’t need to do anything, just type the message and press the send icon and it goes as normal, leastways it does on mine
