My body clock was screwed over 50 years ago by irregular work patterns and the affect on my lifestyle and eating habits cannot be explained by medical science to this day. :-)
Could never do it with other people watching, never could even back when I was a teen.

I have no concept of time, when it comes to budging the clocks arms, and setting them back but saw something so bizzarre... watching it rush forward in time at bro's.
Yes, it matters. You either get in synch with the rest of society or have to cope with being different. Ideally the sun should rise the same time each day, IMO.
