Monday. I just poked me beak out the back door, very quickly brought it back in again. Somewhat nippy this morning, again!

A much better night's sleep, so feeling a lot more alive this morning.

Not a lot to do today apart from the usual running around, so I' ll do that and come back to my cosy nest for the rest of the day...but that can change of course!

Fat free Greek yoghurt, strawberries, high protein granola and ground flaxseed.
That should keep me going
