We're having a wonderful Halloween......lots of kids in great costumes but there's a problem.....

When I slowly open the door and make creaking noises as I expose the witch in the hall with the goodies I can hear the children saying....This is the spooky house......There is a witch in this hall.....Don't be scared when the lady jumps out from behind her door.....

I have been doing this for years and now they know so I decided that next year Dave will dress up as a giant bat and when I open the door he'll leap from the landing... over the bannister and down into the hall and produce a tray of goodies from under a wing......

He's not keen...... :-(

I must admit I have never spray painted a naked man......but I'd give it a go...... :-)
