Local park.

They have just finished a skateboarding ramp ready for the school holidays in our park. Looked pretty good till I took dogs for a walk over there today. There is graffiti all over it. A motorbike next to it burned out and a portaloo turned over. I don't even live in a so called rough area. What an earth makes kids do this, and they say there is nothing for them to do. What is the point of spending money on things like this for a few to ruin it and make it look unsightly. More of a rant than a question, but it makes me so angry. Luckily not all kids are like this.

Kids have access to too much money and they want that wild late night every night, It is not just the natural darkness that goes on in places like that, it is the darkness of the world these kids are living in late at night when their mums and dads think they are round at their mates playing music or on a playstation.

When my son was 16 he campaigned for signatures all over our village and took to local council and a skateboard ramp was put up.Next day they had to get buckets of disinfectant and cleaned it but this was a waste of time even the little play area for small children is littered with cigs tins food and even nappies. And now they are spending loads of money rebuiding it with seats for the elderly and other play items.Another place for the louts to gather .I would never dream of taking my grandson up there and this one won't be any better when it is finished. It is just the council bragging again what they are doing for the youngsters wasting my money.
