Hi - this article from NME suggests it is a brand news song:

Razorlight play 'Help' track at the Carling Weekend: Reading Festival

RAZORLIGHT played a new song during their MAIN STAGE appearance at the CARLING WEEKEND: READING FESTIVAL tonight and announced that it will be their choice for the upcoming 'HELP: A DAY IN THE LIFE' (August 27).

The band gave fans a sneak preview of the charity album when they aired 'Kirby's House' during their triumphant set.

Speaking to NME.COM before taking to the stage, singer Johnny Borrell said: "It's called 'Kirby's House' or 'Kirby's Keys'. We played it at Glastonbury but it's going to be on the 'Help' record.

Drummer Andy Burrows added: "It's called 'Kirby's House' but it might not be - it's going to be called 'Kirby's Something'.

However, the band revealed the reason why they did not debut any other new material tonight. Burrows explained: "It genuinely is the end of 'Up All Night' so we're thinking '**** it! - let's play the album and the new one and get everyone jumping up and down. It's not time to get up there and do the 'Jazz Odyssey'."
