I dont mean to be a grumpy old sod but may i ask "What does it matter?"
So some fella sits next to some other fella who may or may not be a fella who has made a few films and takes his picture.
So what?
It seems a bit weird that you should be bothered if its him or not when i can direct you to hundreds of photos that i know for sure are Al Pacino!

Definately not Pacino - as already by Nummy it is not his nose - far too big - besides he's thinner in the face now, and his hair is more salt&pepper.

It's a bit difficult to tell from a profile shot, but there is definitely a similarity there. If thats him and i think it is he is sat smoking a fag with no studio make up or magazine touching up so magazine covers etc are a good reference

TCL I agree with you, the shape of the inside of the ear is totally different, and Al's nose seems more hooked. Still love the man!!!
