r reg fiesta zetec

noticed yesterday that my fiesta has a leak somewhere off the engine. not a very fast leak but its noticable. I've checked the hose's and checked my expansion tank and it doesn't seem to be coming from there(the level is the same and hoses feel dry).
It doesn't look like oil, its got a blue tinge to it and smells to me fishy.
Anybody got any ideas on what could be leaking?
don't know much about cars.

Air-Con ?

no unfortunately the car doesn't have air con or even power steering,
Got a bit more info if it helps,
when you face the front of the car the fluid is dripping down towards the left side of the car.
Any other idea's?

Check your windscreen washer level, from your description it sounds like that is what is leaking.
