Why is AB the ONLY that I visit where my old i pad keeps freezing and crashing?
Can you fix it or at least reply?

Theland try a total reboot of your iPad remove battery let it lose charge or do a system reboot

What version of iOS is operating on your Ipad?

The latest version of iOS is 12.1 but older versions of the Ipad won't be able to update to the current iOS.

Are you using the web browser "Safari"?

Please can you try and explain what you mean by "crashing". Is an advertisement taking you elsewhere or does The AnswerBank freeze in your web browser?

We have an old iPad at AB Towers running iOS version 9.1. I have just tried to access The AnswerBank on it via the web browser "Safari" and I found it tediously slow, almost unusable. This was consistent across most websites.

I tried to download the app "Google Chrome" from the "App Store" but I was unsuccessful, because iOS 10 is required.

From this, I can only assume that a more up to date device or iOS is required.

Yes more updated iOS seems to be the trick sadly can't get it. Thanks anyway.

When typing text, it simply stops and freezes. Have to go settings and clear out web history and log on again to Ab

Theland, i had the same problem with my old ipad2. Tried everything. Unfortunately the only answer was to get a new ipad.
