Free Uk Delivery On Orders Dispatched By Amazon Over £20

I am trying to order an item on Amazon costing £12 and it states free uk delivery on orders dispatched by Amazon over £20, so I sent for two total cost £24, but when I went to the checkout it still added postage. Anyone know why this is please?

Make sure the products are dispatched by Amazon and not a 3rd party my OG

Thanks for your help, managed to get it sorted, I phoned them and they said one has to press free delivery, seems obvious now, but since it was on standard delivery I thought that by pressing free delivery the postage charges would have been higher.

I think their website is deliberately confusing, as they try to lead you to signing up for Prime.

I find that E-Bay carry nearly all the goods on Amazon with,usually, free delivery even on single items costing less than £2.

I prefer EBay now. Easy to use and good for returns if required.
