Healthy eating for us .. most off it freshly picked this afternoon.
One bottle of Abbots Ale (for me) to be consumed during the preparation.
Red chard, french beans, red onions, yellow chard, red peppers, green peppers, carrot, courgette, white onion,
mushroom and white chard. All stir fried with slivers of chicken breast in sriracha sauce, chilli, ginger and garlic. Served on a bed of basmati rice.
Sriracha sauce is a recent new discovery for me .. but it should really come with a warning ..
You need to be careful with it, one level teaspoon in a stirfry for two will have you gulping the wine down !
It's hotter than a hot thing !
