1- Why are there so many strays in the first place?
2- I'd rather they were allowed in during the night, when it's colder, than during the day where some people might get precious about being there when they are.
The more logical thing to do would be to capture, and sent to appropriate kennels where they can be neutered and hopefully rehomed in proper homes. Then they need to re-evaluate their stray dog policy as it's obviously not working!
That being said, I have to admit I'd make a special trip to that particular Ikea just to see them!
