Film question

I am trying to remember the name of a film but am a little stuck.
The main character is taken to a futuristic prison or hideaway, and made to wear metal boots that stick to the floor so he can't escape.
In the food hall there is a cinema screen with wildlife on it.
Does this ring a bell with anyone?
