copying x files dvds

hi hope you can help i can't seem to copy episodes 13 and 14 from shop bought x files dvds everything was going well with all the other episodes i've got the latest dvd43 encrypter on my computer and it still does not want to know

Can you be more specific with the error message...

90% of the time, if you type the error message into Google word-for-word, you will come across other forums where people have posted with the same problems and you can find out how they fixed it....
