2 Kids Shows

Trying to remember the names of two kids shows from the 90's. The first had 3 kids jumping out of a black van and going into a tower block where they entered a lift. In the lift was a screen and a talking head. One if the games they had to play was called "alphabet soup". The second i think it was set in space, kind of like a kids version of crystal maze. At the end they had to run to the spaceship before the time ran out or they were left on this make believe planet. Anyone remember them?

The first one I can remember the format but not the name.

Second one was called Scavengers and John Leslie presented the first series if I'm not mistaken!

The first one was called Incredible Games. Classic! I loved the game with the Dark Knight.
