My Logitech wireless keyboard will not work every now and then, and if I switch it off then on it works! I have changed batteries but problem still exisits. This seems to have started when windows was 'updated'. The USB wireless connection to the computer seems ok.
Any ideas?
May be worth checking the keyboard from within “Device Manager” that the keyboard driver has a new date and if it has and “Roll Back Driver” is available select it. In “Power check that “Allow the computer to turn off” is unchecked and “Allow this device to wake” is checked
Blinking Windows Updates! Grr.....
This happens with my wireless printer without fail at every major windows 10 update. I fix it using the repair wizard for the printer and it usually updates the drivers through this process. I suggest going onto the Logitech website and search for any remedies to your problem and if necessary download a repair app.
