why do motorbikes and push bikes create there own lanes by cutting down the middle of 2 way traffic surely this cant be legal, but if u hit one then u would be in trouble

Not that I condone it, but when this happens to a friend of mine, in the past as he's gone past he's kicked their wing mirror off.
