It's Coo.

Coo is an expression of surprise, plus a homonym (being announced) of coup (triumph).

It appears that 15a and 44a are probably grid layout errors. The answers look like they should be GIFT and AIDE, but they don't fit around the other words.
The end white squares have been offset.
Frustrating.
