I'm an actress ( theatre, film and TV) so required to get up early, work alone on learning lines to be 'off book', research, take direction, work under sometimes cold, uncomfortable circumstances for long hours for soemtimes little pay with people I have often only just met. Presumably you are faced with the above question as you are filling out a job application form. I fail to see how anyone on AB can possibly be of any help whatsoever in answering this, as none of us has any idea about you or what "your achievements and operational experience to date" might be. You haven't even told us what the job is!
