E B A Y - "unanswered Message" - Selling - Any Ideas?

How do you get rid of the "unanswered message" in red, message in the seller hub. I have replied but from the message area and now it just won't go away. Before the latest format you could simply click on "mark as answered" for the item and it would go away that option is no longer there. Now that I've already answered it ,it wont go away even if if I actually answer it using the "Respond to message" blue button. There probably is an option but no doubt buried somewhere illogical. I have googled but all I find are answers to the old way which I know about. Thanks
