I have a slight (ahem) hangover which I'm sorting out with a bacon and egg sarnie and a bottle of lucozade but what does everyone else think is the best hangover cure? Also, if you have to work with a hangover, how do you get through the day?
Best way to prevent them is to have a pint of water before bed!
But I can't believe no one has mentioned Irn Bru yet! I normally find it too sweet to drink, but seems to be all I can face the morning after!
I looked out RU21 in Superdrug. It is little more than Monosodium Glutamate, sugar, Vitamin C, and succinic acid. MSG is a no-no for me anyway, causes pounding headaches the next day. It is called a food supplement rather than a hangover cure, maybe diplomatic.
Irn-Bru is a demon created by Glaswegian chemists who worked for years to create a chemical concoction which glows in the dark and causes terrifying nightmares.
I got very drunk last night. Got totally undressed in my garden too (Iam normally very very shy). So as you can imagine I felt super ill this morning, fixed with 2 litres of OJ and then a bowl of mash faggots peas and gravy. Every time.
Seriously though the best hangover cure is electrolyte powders. Have some before you go to bed and then some in the morning.you just have to leave them on the side b4 you go out.
