Well thats the first xmas party that ive been to with no booze.
Foodbank warehouse put a spread on for its volunteers. Should have taken a bottle or two...
Having a few tins of my own now though so if I start getting belligerent please ignore me ;-)

Me too, Tilly.....no alcohol in school.....nobody ever questioned my mulled wine..... ;-)
I do recall at the end of our first ever OFSTED bringing some to hell with it wine in and lots of us hiding in the stock cupboard of a member of staff who was absent.
A glass of wine went flying into her gym shoes and the smell was still evident when she took her next gym class....x

nah, they could, just cheapskates....
NHS doesn't allow booze on the premises or drinking within work hours so all in hours parties are booze free. Never stopped us enjoying ourselves.

I made no alcohol punch with optional fruit..which was a sort of rummy brownish shade.

Do you live in walking distance of the foodbank warehouse, Nails? Could you have staggered home?
