I really don't enjoy any food very much at all, so I am struggling to get the right nutrients into my system.

For fruit, I like grapes, melons and apples, and that's about it, and I am not fond of any veg at all.

Before I bite the bullet and simply make myself eat more veg and so on, is there any easy way to get the good stuff into me, without eating meals I really don't enjoy?

Andy...do a bit of research. Determine exactly which nutrients you might be missing or low on. Then seek out alternative sources that are in foods you do like. If you dislike leafy greens or fruit, eat more eggs, brown rice, or dairy to get your B vitamins. That's just one example.

Thanks all for your responses, some food for thought there (sorry!) and ideas I had not considered.

Much appreciated.
Must be an app somewhere, surely, where you enter likes and dislikes, and it fires out meal plans ? If not, there must be a market for one.
