Why Does An Aries Woman That Used To Be My Friend Ignore Me?

Im looking for a zodiac answer. So i had a friend who was an aries. I told her i liked her and we were okay until i decided to ignore her because i wanted to get over her. she did for a bit try to fix our friend ship till one day we got into a text argument and decided to text me that we shouldnt be friends anymore. 8 months later i apologized and gave her the reason why i left. i thought we were gonna be back again but we didnt. infact i stopped talking to her. about a year later i told her how i missed in form of a song infront of the whole class. i asked he if she wanted to be friends and she said we were. i followed her on instagram and she didnt accept my follow. she still ignores me purposely. i guess my question is why and is there a possibility i can fix it or end up like how we were before. thanks
