i have a 02 mobile phone and i must have touched something because when anybody tries to ring me all they get is voice mail, and i get missed calls come up. can anyone help. i would be very grateful.

go onto your settings, find call settings and then call divert, then there should be an option called something like 'cancel all diverts'
that should work - let me know
