Mmmm, I wish I'd tried this dish before. Never been a great fan of lamb. How delicious it was! First time I had ever tasted it, after a meal out with my sister 10 days ago.
I found an easy recipe on line and will definitely be making it soon. Any fans?..

I don't like the taste of minced lamb so I make my Moussaka with minced beef.
Love it!

Fun fact: in Greek, it's pronounced 'mou-sa-KAA', not 'mou-SAH-ka'

Well, I didn't think I did Tilly but what I ate 10 days ago, could not fault it. All the flavours took over.
Yes, sorry - missed the aubergines at the end of the list because was so shocked by the mention of potatoes in the ingredients list - no, no!
Sometimes the origin of the lamb makes a difference. Welsh lamb doesn't have such a strong flaviour as New Zealand or Devon lamb.
NZ lamb always strikes me as half way (at least) to being mutton.
