experience with ebookers

hi just wondered if anyone has had any experience with ebookers. we've booked some flights with them and got the email confirmation of the booking saying that everythings booked and paid for and sorted. we checked our bank account the day after and the money hasnt gone out and there's no sign of the transaction at all in the mini statement, (sorry this is quite lenghty) anyway we double checked at the bank and then phoned ebookers and told them the money hadnt been taken from our account and asked if they knew when it would be. they said it had and that everything was confirmed and booked. do you think we're getting a free holiday?

it can take up to 5 days for a debit payment to show on your statement,dont worry,you wont get it for free.

I don't want to worry you but this happened to my friend and they then took 2 amounts out and it took a load of phonecalls (call centres outside of the UK so they don't understand you!) and emails later to sort it. She hasn't booked with them since!!
