Isn't it utterly disgraceful that Baldric's Kate gets shunted out of hospital well before she's better, yet rich parasites like this creep block a bed with just a bad cold.

Just out of curiosity, how can someone who works, pays more tax and NI than I probably earn in a year and has paid for extra private medical insurance be classed as a parasite?

I’m not a fan of him but parasite is so off point you lose credibility when you say it tbh.

Good Woof, if they don't know it's wrong then they can't fix it, maybe they should have their own QC procedures reviewed.

Where I live, I know of 2 patients who have had hip replacements in local Private Hospitals as NHS patients and I think these two instances are not unique, so obviously NHS patients can benefit occasionally from Private Hospitals, just as private patients sometimes benefit from NHS hospitals.

How is a tax-paying, law-abiding citizen a "parasite" ??

By that logic, I'm a parasite too, as is my husband. Perhaps we should forego hospital care in the event of illness lest those resources are needed by the far more worthy, poor, poor economic migrants flooding our shores.

as others have said he isn;t blocking an NHS bed, likelihood he has gone private. The bronchitis is a bad thing and can have deeper side effects.

he's not well...he went to a private hossie..which he presumably paid handsomely for...he is receiving appropriate care NOT to the detriment of anyone else.... had he been diagnosed similarly in an NHS hossie then his treatment would have been the same...don't see a problem...wealthy folks in the public eye get sick and require attention just as much as anyone else, he pays more tax and NI conts than Joe public... I rather like old Piers btw ..hope he is well and back in the mornings very soon...
