Happy Bean Plant

No matter what, i can't keep my happy bean plant.. Well.. Happy!

It keeps dropping 'beans' but usually before they drop, they darken and wilt a bit.

Anyone any experience with a happy bean plant who can give me some ideas?

It's in a warm spot, not in direct sunlight.. I put it next to my aloe thinking they'd do aiight together but alas. The happy bean was not happy with aloe
