Morning All
We have the above TV. Problems - We watch a lot of downloaded content on a USB stick for example, 24 episodes of criminal minds. Every episode I have to go to settings and turn off the Subtitles, its driving me mad. I can turn off Subtitles on the stick but when we watch the next episode, up comes the bloody subtitles again. Iv been on the TV'S menu screen but when I select Subtitles it says this function is not available and is greyed out. Can someone give me advise please. By the way, the USB was not recorded with subtitles on it.
