His Corpulence has substantial means but why pay when you're a hero to, some would say, the bewildered.

An old clip but just to confirm.

In closing, you need to brush up on your ideas on what to do with Highland dress. :)
He’s doomed I tell you. Doooomed.
2 charges of attempted rape
9 charges of sexual assault
2 charges of indecent assault
1 charge of breach of the peace.

That's quite a list. Somebody's got it in for him !
Like all sensible people we wait on the outcome of the trial .
seems a fair approach, anne. Are there any appropriate places for a gallows in Scotland?
but not all on the same night

I mean - the fella was so busy - - WHEN did he find time to govern bannie Scortland?
// In closing, you need to brush up on your ideas on what to do with Highland dress. :)//

young leddy - is there anything worn under the kilt Mr Salmond ?
Mr S for it is he: nay lassie - it is all in purrfect working order - - would you like to see
Leddy - eek !

sozza - I really felt that needed another - - - airing
to think I stood on the same graduation stage the same day as he did.....I should have sued him for something......
Couldn't have happened to a nicer fellow ;o)
// ..I should have sued him for something......//

Judge: - dressed in ermine with those crazy red crosses - jesus what a cozzy - Mr Salmond why did you not assault witness dtC

Mr Salmond, defendant for it is he: - Oh no My Lord he was far too ugly !

( with thx to the trial of Oscar Wilde)
yeah Nicola Sturgeon tonight:

it is obvious he has screwed half of Scotland I just dont want him to screw the scottish government as well !

well said young lady - always thinking of yourself
//Hard to find evidence of a sexual assault from several years ago.. It's kind of my word Vs your//

Difficult yes, but such cases can be decided by application of the new legal principle endorsed by feminists and right-thinking people everywhere: "Believe the woman".

yes - no - she's gone - the quite awful Allison Saunders who started this.
The instruction - you will be believed has now been replaced by the phrase - you will be taken seriously

and yes I have been the wrong side ( AS's side) of allegations like this
and the police didnt even bother to find out that she was an indebted ex-tenant who was intent on getting a harassment order against me so I couldnt serve papers on her
Plan A failed but it took longer
"Hard to find evidence of a sexual assault from several years ago.. It's kind of my word Vs yours."

There will be evidence - probably in the form of testimony from the alleged victims. It is indeed "kind of my word vs yours". And that's kind of the issue that courts deal with every day.
but nat in bonnie scortland apparently

The importance of corroboration is a unique feature of Scots criminal law. A cornerstone of Scots law, the requirement for corroborating evidence means at least two different and independent sources of evidence are required in support of each crucial fact before a defendant can be convicted of a crime.

oo-er Mrs !

I remember discussing the awful screw up of the Birmingham bombers (you know the bombers who werent) as a blot of British Justice
and a scot said - no: blot on English Justice - scots law requires corroboration so it couldnt have happened in barnie scortland.
