CD burning

i have found that when burning CD's I get into considerable bother with my MP, neighbours, and the local fire chief. Has anyone got any ideas how to carry out this function without the obvious health and safety risks.

Don't you know that the correct way of disposing of old CDs is to recycle them into coasters and beer-mats. Alternatively the people at the following website will certainly find a good use for them - www.compost-records.com (Now, I definitely must go on holiday!)
I think the only thing u can do is to switch over to the new blue ray discs which are 51%paper are available over the next year or so.....another greener method rather than"burning cds" would be to take them to an allotment near u and give them to the gardeners they make fab thingies for keeping the crows away..
Fancy the idea of making thinngies to keep the crows away, so thanks for that and welcome to our scientific discussion forum bluedolphin.
