Hi all, My washing machines just stopped working and I need to finish crashing the clothes.
My machine is a Whilpool WWDC6400/1.

I’ve searched online and have done the following but still can’t get it working.

I have cleaned the filter. Turned the machine off and the water and tilted the machine. I have turned the machine and water back on. Turned dial to drain and pressed the reset button 4 times. I now have the following lights lit - in green prewash, wash and rinse - in red water tap closed, clean pump and service.

Any idea on how to get this machine working?

Thank you.

maybe a sock stuck in the drain pipe before the filter but covering the sensor
My best guess is that drain pipe is blocked or filter.
Computer board has blown and needs replacing
Before you condem the PCB try the simpler things first..

Did you clean the water inlet filter? Check if the inlet water can actually get into the machine.
