I made some soup last night with tomatoes, garlic, some herbs, veg stock and single cream. Now i feel i should have used double cream as the soup was quite runny still.

any ideas how i can add some thickness to my soup?

One idea was greek yogurt with some oat milk.

Is greek 'natural' yogurt vegan?

Maybe sour cream would do the trick.

I wanted to get the plant pot herbs but it was £1 more expensive than the dry (mixed) and it was just one herb when i needed a variety of 4 which the mix provided.

I have fresh mint but need to get some others in
Much better than cornstarch is arrowroot...it can be added to boiling liquids and doesn't need to "cooked out" like cornstarch .....and it adds a nice gloss to sauces, soups etc. Bit more expensive to buy, but worth it.
Yes, although an even pricier way of buying it....I just get a tub of arrowroot (own-brand about 80 or 100grams) and use a heaped teaspoonful. Most supermarkets should have it....mine's from Waitrose.
