I think it is starlight express but I am being told I am wrong. Can anyone help

I can see a case for both. But if the answer is state fair I think the first part of th e clue (a territory of teh USA) is superfluous.
The OP does seem to suggest it's one question but given teh way it's set out and the parsing I still think it may be 2 clues (Oklahoma and State Fair) or Starlight Express if one.
But scorpiojo is almost always (possibly always) right
