How? do I delete some labels on my e-mail page.

IF you go near the top right hand side of your gmail page, there is a cog. Click on it and go to your Settings. There should be some Tabs with

Inbox
Accounts and Import
Filters and Blocked Addresses
Forwarding and POP/IMAP
Add-ons
Chat
Advanced
Offline
Themes
on them. Click on Labels, and then scroll down. You should them be able to see Edit/Remove on the right hand side.
