Hi all. We're having Lamb penang curry with basmatic and poppadoms. I'm slow-cooking the leg of lamb and will remove all the meat once cooled.

For now though keeping it simple and just shallow frying some mushrooms in butter, I would normally add some garlic and black peeper but Tesco may as well be on the far side of the moon, it seems that far away. (Only fifteen minutes away really)
