Talk Talk

Has anyone had a good experience with the switch to Talk Talk and their "free" broadband service. I have the phone line okay. They have completely messed up my existing broadband line, and have not supplied modem and start up disk etc. Each time I ring customer services I get the message "All our operators are busy please try again later" and the line goes dead. I wish I had never started this and would urge anyone thinking of taking the offer up to think again. They are useless

I have talktalk3 international and i am extremely happy with it but as you say, Customer Service is ABSOLUTELY CRAP. I lost my Broadband connection because my phone line went down and it took 2 weeks to sort it. I think we phoned over 30 times and out of that 30 i would say 20 was the same message you got. TalkTalk is excellent until you have a problem. Iv wrote to Charles Dunstone 3 times and am still waiting for a reply. He may be too busy on his boat in the carribean.
