shutdown

when my computer has been on for a while,i try to shutdown,the screen goes blue and it says that it is shutting down...and then lockc,i then have to turn off by power button. why??????????

I have the same problem sometimes. Usually when i finish what i am doing i wait 2 or 3 minutes then shut it down. That usually tends to work. I think it happens because your trying to shut down to quickly (thats my theory anyway). I hope this works.
