Earlier today I propped, outside our house right by the front door, a bright orange and white ironing board with the following notice:

FREE......PRISTINE AND UNUSED BECAUSE IT BELONGED TO DAVE.

Dave has been walking past this ironing board and notice for about three hours and only just spotted it.... :-)

A male colleague rented a flat from a mutual friend and was there for a couple of years.

When he moved out his landlady commented on how clean his oven was on the cooker. He admitted that he hadn't used it, not even once, whilst he was there.

He is still living with his mum - aged 54.
