After being disappointed on four houses, looks like we have a new tenancy.
Will have to cancel Internet and get a new contract.
So going missing soon for a while (Yippee! Some shout!).

Anyway, glad to be leaving soon this damp mouldy house.

Cheaper rent, Council tax and close to Aldi.

May have money in future!

Five sons, and daughter, and son in law, and eldest grandson, and all know how to splash magnolia everywhere.
But new landlord has decorators in so should be done.
The last time I needed the bathroom painted, I went to the local brothel.
They said they had girls who would do anything for £40.
I told them to send one round, but bring her own paintbrush!
