I made knowabit's recipe for the curry. Iwas very good, but, as I have read everywhere but did not heed, I made it too liquidy. Now I know ! I have a cheesecake in there cooking away at the moment and will make a beef stew tomorrow to come back to after taking the GC to the beach. Seems like it will be very useful !

I did the same when I first used mine - far too much liquid! I wouldn't be without it now.
Please could someone give me a link to knowabit's curry recipe? I've searched but can't find it. Thanks

I should have said when I put the recipe up, it has too much liquid! I put in the tinned toms and coconut milk but I don’t put in the chicken stock.... I just throw in one of those Knorr chicken stock things that’s like a small jelly... it melts in the curry. I also added chunks of potato. Once it’s finished in slow cooker I transfer it to my large lidded dish and put it on the hob to simmer and it reduces a bit then. Then I put dish on table for everyone to help themselves
