My e-mail may have been compromised so I have changed the p/w on the Microsoft Outlook site, but now I cannot receive or send anything in Win10 mail app. I tried the settings for that account to update the p/w there but under manage accounts only my email address, name of provider "Outlook", sync email settings(nothing in there) and remove account appears. No ability to change password. any advice please as this is a business account and quite important. Cheers
Remove the account. (You're only deleting the information about servers and passwords. You WON'T lose any existing mail). Then add the account back again.
