What are you having for dinner?

We're having salmon, broccoli and whatever else I can find veg-wise when I go to Lidl later.

Tomorrow we're having more of a Sunday dinner, but today we're keeping it light.

What's on your menu?

Like a small vegetable stir fry as a side?

Sure, why not? You could cut your steak into strips and cook it all together
Sounds like a fabulous idea to be honest!

I love beef and broccoli with Cashew nuts.
I forgot the boy was back home so no steak for me tonight!!
Nothing.
I forgot to eat on Saturday.
Pub?
Nope.
Was just about to make dinner (had some salmon line up actually) when we got visitors, so just had beer and wine.
Mee too ladycg, When i go to 'wok n go', i have beef, broccoli, cashew nuts and egg noodle (or white rice, depending how i'm feeling) sauce varies.

I love nuts, cashew are my favourite, so creamy and flavoursome.
Me lady, i've got leeks and broccoli but going to do the steaks separate. Shall i stir fry the leeks in some butter, or oil? Usually i do butter but i'm sceptical in a stirfry. Going to add a tiny bit of teriakki sauce near the end.
gonna go with oil
Sliced radishes are good in a stir-fry.
I have none to hand unfortunately
