Spooky ......

Three days ago my missus' brother in law passed away - finally lost his battle with cancer.
Anyway, today my missus went up to her sister's house to drop something off. When she got there, no one was in, but there was a parcel on the doorstep. She didn't have a key, so she rang her sister, who gave her the code for the key safe, so she could take the parcel in.
When she went in, she noticed the TV was on in the front room, so she rang her sister to see if she should turn it off. She seemed a bit surprised, but instructed her to turn it off. Later on her sister rang my missus back and asked if she was sure if the TV was on .... errmmm yea I'm pretty sure my missus knows if a TV is on or not.
Now here's the deal - the front room was NEVER used as a living area - it has always been a room for storage and nothing else. Approx 2 weeks ago, my missus' brother in law had a hospital bed put in this room and during the time he was there, he watched TV most of the day. He left that room 4 days ago when he went to the hospice and the TV hasn't been touched since.
My missus calls up today .... the house is empty .... and the TV is on ......
I'm not saying one way or the other what this is ..... but at this sad time, it gives my missus' sister comfort, that her deceased husband is watching over her :)
Please don't let this thread escalate into a religious debate - I'm not saying that this is proof of the afterlife; or whether it's just a strange coincidence .... it's just nice for someone to be able to find solace in their hour of need .....

I believe in stuff like this Giz and I feel it is his way of letting her know that he is still around and all is well and if it comforts her, it is working. I have had a message from my beloved Dad when I needed it the most and I know he is out there somewhere and I'll join him and Mum one day.
