If you went out on a date (a few drinks or whatever) and the lady offered to pay, would you let her?
Back in the day I wouldn't but now I think that I would. Why not? Equality and all that!
Ive come across some women who seem offended that they are seen as less than able to pay their way. (Feminism I guess)

Been pictures this afternoon with a 'lady friend'...I paid. During one of the trailers she mentioned that she would like to see it. I said so would I...but she'd have to pay.
She said yes of course she would but the underlying feeling was one of shouldn't *I* pay?
Why do we have this idea that the male should pay for everything?

Any woman who goes out with me (tall, slim, elegant, handsome, charming, debonnaire, youthful, witty, intelligent and modest with it too) should damned well pay for the privilege as far as I'm concerned!

Don't be so nosy, Spath!

//Regular cinimar dates..
Ever had intimate moments with this lady?
Do you find her attractive?//

Not just cinema, day trips and stuff as well.
No, Ive not had 'intimate moments' though I could have if I so wished (friends with benefits type thing), but I don't. When we first got together (as friends) she made it clear that she would like a bit more than just friendship, and I made it just as clear that wasn't going to happen.
And yes, she is attractive. But I just cant be bothered anymore with intimate relationships.

//Nails, friends means Dutch.//
My point exactly Dave.
Nailit, I agree with David. Friends go Dutch.
True tills lol

Nailit she sounds like she could be something more, if you so wished it. Fair play.
Dutch???? That means something different to me.

I suppose to fair naomi (after thinking about it) she makes it up in other ways, like cooking me meals etc.
Anyway, shes definetly paying the next cinema trip ;-)
:o)

I don't...I live the life of a monk nowadays, and happily so!
If I was just going out as friends it's always 50/50.
By now she's probably under the impression you're gay anyway, nailit.

Ah yes, I remember been a teenager and making juvinile, jokes as well Talbot. You'll grow up to be a man one day :-)
So long as I don't grow up to be a snowflake.

''Snowflake''
Another buzzword.
Well done Talbot. Carry on son!
I agree, friends just share costs. Sorry, nailit, for some reason I was thinking it was a second "date" type thing xx
As I remember, we shared the cost on our 'date', Nails. I really should have splurged and added bacon though. Maybe next time.
Any lady being taken out on a "date" by me doesn't pay for a thing.

Yes Tills, and don't forget the mushrooms and tomatoes.....
I require the full oatcake experience on a date in Stoke ;-)
