I've ignored doctors' orders today and treated myself to a couple of pints of real ale (in two different pubs in sunny Halesworth), the first that I've had since I came out of hospital (and got put on a low potassium diet).

I really enjoyed them but it's back to Jack Daniels & Coke this evening. Hic!
