Apps On Ipad Air 2019
10 Answers
Have gone to App store and picked few apps.....clicked on "get" followed by "install".
But now of course want to access these but can't find . Have googled on another tablet but drawn a blank.Iam expecting to be able to see the apps installed on the homescreen or dock and tried swiping but no joy.
Also when I get an email that has a pdf file to download and open.....where will they be found on this new ipad air?
On kindle fire I also use, I have apps/icons on screen that are always viewable.
I know these are silly problems but got everything else set up. I don't have any other apple products so can't check on them. Thanks for any help.

Also: are the apps actually installing or are they cancelling perhaps due to dodgy or non existent WiFi?
You should have the Mail app for emails.

I don’t really know what’s happening with yours rabbit. Usually when you instal an app from the App Store a circle appears with an indicator going round rather like a clock and when it’s full you can open the app. Have you tried going back into the App store and looking at the app you wanted to instal? It should say “OPEN” if it’s installed already rather than “GET”. Once you’ve opened it then it will appear on your home screen. You can then move the icon wherever you like. Hope this helps.
It’s good to hear that you’ve finally installed them now. However they could not have downloaded in the first place if you have managed to do it again “but didn’t do anything different”
You don’t sound as if you’re confident about whether opening PDF’s will work in future though. Do you have any PDF’s already, either on this iPad or any other device which you can send to yourself to check this out before anything important comes your way?
